Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Custom embroidery orders may require additional processing time — we'll notify you if this applies to your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $[X].
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping At this time, we [do/do not] offer international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at grandsalamithreads@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
